Donggang Xinnong Photovoltaic Power Station

(The world's largest single water photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 300MW)

Donggang Xinnong Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Xinnong Town, Donggang City, Liaoning Province. The project uses the water surface of Lianjiaba Reservoir and mudflat to build a photovoltaic power station. The project covers an area of about 9000 mu, with a total planned construction of 500 MW. 300 MW has been completed and an investment of 2.14 billion yuan has been completed. This photovoltaic power station is currently the world's largest single unit integrated photovoltaic project for water, light, and fishing.

The 300MW power generation project of Donggang Xinnong Photovoltaic Power Station will be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the 60MW photovoltaic power generation project started construction on March 13, 2017, and completed commissioning and grid connection on June 27, 2017. The second phase of the 240MW photovoltaic power generation project started on July 15, 2017 and completed commissioning and grid connection on May 28, 2018. The current 300MW installed capacity has an annual power generation capacity of 360 million kilowatt hours.

One 220kV booster station with a scale of 500MW has been constructed at Donggang Xinnong Photovoltaic Power Station. Three 100MWA main transformers have been completed, using a single bus connection method. There are 16 35kV power collection lines in the photovoltaic field area that are connected to the booster station, and one 220kV transmission line with a total length of 11.64km is connected to the Dandong 220kV Gongtun Primary Substation.

This project belongs to the integrated utilization of fishing and lighting, with a breeding area of over 9000 acres and a breeding water body of about 10 million cubic meters.
